Contact the school office or the transportation department for updated stops and times. Bus stops are added and deleted as needed. Bus stops will be eliminated if there are no riders for 3 days. Arrangements can be made to add a stop by contacting the transportation department at the numbers listed below. State law mandates a distance of no less than 600 feet between bus stops for the purpose of picking up and dropping off students from school.
UPDATE: July 31st 1:15 PM
Due to a driver shortage, some routes will have to be condensed. Routes are subject to change and at the present time, we are working to get the information updated. High School students who live in the upper part of the Valley (Burns Rd. east of Mohave, north to town) will ride the K-8 buses in the mornings. In the afternoons, those students will ride bus #70 as they did last school year.
Transportation Department Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide safe, efficient, and service-oriented transportation for the students, staff, and employees of the Parker Unified School District.
Safety is the top priority as we strive to carry out the duties and responsibilities related to district transportation.
This department supports all district transportation needs ranging from busing students to and from school each day, providing special needs transportation, accommodating all extracurricular and activity trip busing needs, and providing vehicles for employees to attend workshops and conferences. All School Bus drivers possess a Commercial Drivers License and pass the State Bus Driver Certification. The transportation department is proud of its safety record and years of service it has provided the children of the Parker community.
