Spend the first week visiting this site every day. Check with Mrs. Leivas or another library student if you have any questions.
- Read the
syllabus.
- Carefully read and sign the grading policy.
- What are some important skills for librarians (and
library students)? What kinds of activities go on in
the library? During this semester you will discover
that there is much more going on in a library than you were
probably aware. Watch these videos to begin
discovering what really goes on in your school library.
After the first week, remember to visit this site on a regular basis
to make sure you are keeping up with assignments and gaining
the necessary library skills. At the very least, be
sure to visit it every Monday.
You may begin working on any assignments whenever you
want and you may submit assignments early. However,
all assignments must be submitted by the
due date on the LIS schedule.
